Swell-Up 是属于高分子复合纤维溶胀裂离技术范畴,既称为PA6纤维的高密度化技术,经过处理后纤维内部的空间体积得到很大程度的膨胀,此技术大幅提升了面料内部空间体积及面料的独特性能,如空间比表面积增大,溶胀裂离后化学吸附性能增强,物理吸附性等方面均得到大幅改善。为某些特种行业提供原材料与技术方案。

复合丝超高密度化的原理:利用聚酯纤维和聚酰胺6纤维不同的条件下溶胀胀长差使两个组分分离,达到产生超细的纤度。聚酰胺6在ph5.0~6.0之间溶胀大,而涤纶在酸性范围内不变,进而利用同一条件下溶胀率而不同,溶胀裂离利用化学反应使聚酰胺6产生较大的溶胀率同时发生纤维卷曲继而达到涤纶、锦纶二者组分界面分离

二、使用方法

1.溢流机工艺为例

工作液升温到70℃后加入Swell-Up 70-80g/L,102-105℃保温30-50min.

2.稀释方法

先取规定量Swell-Up 使用三倍的水,在60~70度时逐渐加入Swell-Up,后调整至所需,搅拌均匀,形成超细乳液,再加入缸内。

3.溶胀纤维工艺

工艺处方    Swell-Up   70-80g/L

工艺条件    102-105℃*30~50分钟

4.工艺流程

涤锦复合丝溶胀裂离全过程工艺流程:入布→去油→碱碱量→中和水洗→溶胀→异味去除处理→热水洗→脱水→拉幅定型→光胚

注意事项

1.特别提示:本产品不能超过05度使用,否则会引起尼龙纤维强力急剧下降。

2.溶胀裂离必须在碱碱量后进行,且织物必须中和为中性。

3.避免阳光直射,室内通风处

HOLPOSON® Swell-Up falls in the category of swelling and splitting technology of macromolecular composite fiber, which is also called densifying technology of PA6 fiber. After treatment, the internal space of the fiber is expanded to a large extent. This technology greatly improves the internal space of the fabric and the unique performance of the fabric. The increase of the specific surface area, the enhancement of the chemical adsorption performance after swelling and splitting, and the physical adsorption capability have all been greatly improved. For some special industries provides raw materials and technical solutions.

The working principle of ultra-high densification of composite fiber: Taking the advantage of the difference between the swelling lengths of polyester fiber and polyamide 6 fiber under different conditions to split the two components to produce ultra-thin size. The swelling rate of polyamide 6 is high in the range of pH 5.0-6.0, while the swelling rate of polyester remains unchanged in acidic conditions. With this advantage, the polyamide after chemical reaction swells extensively and crimps, thus separating itself from polyester.

Safety: Non-irritant to skin. If the diluted solution gets on the skin or splashes into the eyes, wash it with clean water immediately.    

Usage:

1. Overflow machine process as an example

After the working solution reaches 70℃, add Swell-Up 70-80g/L. Keep the temperature at 102-105 ℃ for 30-50min.

2. Dilution method

Take the specified amount of Swell-Up, take three times the amount of water, gradually add in Swell-Up at 60-70℃, then adjust to the desired volume, stir evenly to form super fine emulsion, finally add it in the dye vat.

3. Swelling fiber process

Process recipe: Swell-Up 70-80g/L

Process conditions: 102-105 ℃ * 30-50 minutes

4. Process flow

The whole process of swelling and splitting of polyester / nylon composite fiber: cloth feeding → degreasing → alkali content → neutralization and water washing →

Swelling → odor removal treatment → hot water washing → dehydration → stenting and setting →final product

Characteristics:

1. This product adopts a special swelling technology;

2. Improve the internal space structure and PA6’s macromolecular structure. Increases the amorphous area of crystallization area;

3. It can effectively swell and split the knitted fabric, woven fabric and other fabrics mainly composed of tangerine section shaped T/C fibers.

4. After swelling and splitting, the fabric greatly increases in specific surface area; after treatment, the physical adsorption, chemical adsorption and optical properties are greatly improved:

5. The application method involves innovative technology, which can be used for PA6 fiber structure swelling to change fabric style, etc.

 

Storage:

1. Packaging of HOLPOSON® Swell-Up: 100Kg/plastic barrel.

2. Storage period: 12 months.

3. Store indoor and avoid overheat and severe cold.
